Keboola Connection Extractor for Smartsupp.

Description

This is the documentation for a Keboola Connection extractor for Smartsupp Live Chat Platforn.

The extractor was created by using the Smartsupp API and also by scraping the Smartsupp web page directly for conversations, what the API does not seem to support.

Available Tables:

• accounts
• conversations_search - does not contain whole conversations, but is faster to extract
• conversations
• conversations_stats - statistics for each day
• agents_stats - statistics for each day

Configuration

• Login, Password: Credentials to Smartsupp Web UI.
• Api Key: Credentials for Smartsupp API.
• Start Date, End Date: Fixed dates in the format YYYY-MM-DD, dynamic number of days in the format -N where N is a non-negative integer, or the word today. For example, a configuration with "Start date": -7 and "End date": today will extract data one week to the past.
• Incremental: Check the box if all the data should be loaded to Keboola Storage incrementally.
• Maximum Conversations: Maximal number of conversations to be extracted per account.
• Tables: Tables to be extracted; accounts table is needed for all other tables, conversations_search table is needed for conversations table.
